Quick Start Guide for First-Time Users

Welcome to Elevate! Follow this simple guide to get started with your first product and experience how our tools can help optimize your business.

 

Step 1: Purchase Your Elevate Credits

  • Purchase a Credit: Credits are purchased individually. After your first credit purchase, you’ll be able to access the Elevate Form.

Step 2: Submit Your Form

  • Navigate to the Elevate Form: After purchasing, you'll be redirected to a webpage where you can submit your business details.

  • Fill Out the Form: Provide all necessary information that will help generate your tailored customer report.

  • Submit the Form: Once completed, submit the form to receive your personalized report.

    Note: If you're not ready to submit the form, you can always come back later to finish it.

Step 3: Receive Your Report

  • Report Creation: Once your form is submitted, an ElevateForward team member will create and email your personalized report within 5 business days.

  • Review the Report: Take the time to go through the actionable insights and recommendations for your business.

Step 4: Request Revisions (If Needed)

  • Unsatisfied with the Report? You have up to 2 resubmits if you feel the report needs adjustments. Just navigate to the web page you previously used or email Support at support@elevateforward.ai.

Step 5: Purchase Additional Products

  • Returning to Purchase More: If you want to buy more credits, simply go back to the purchase page and start the process again.

How do I purchase Elevate products?

You can purchase products directly through our website- please navigate to the relevant product page. After purchase, you will be directed to a web page where you can submit the Elevate Form which will begin the report creation process. 

How do I purchase additional credits?

You can navigate to any product page on the website an repurchase credits. Credits may be purchased one at a time. 

What payment methods are accepted?

 We accept major credit cards, and digital payment methods via Stripe.

How do I contact support?

Do credits expire?

No, your credits do not expire. You can use them whenever you need them, and they will remain available for future purchases.

What is your refund policy?

Each credit comes with two re-do opportunities. If you're not satisfied with your initial report, you can adjust your query and resubmit it to receive a better response. This ensures that you get the most accurate and actionable insights for your business.

Can I use my credits for any product?

Yes, credits can be used for any product in the Elevate suite. Whether you're looking for business insights, a strategic blueprint, or operational optimizations, your credits are flexible and can be applied to the product that best suits your needs.

How do I update my cookies settings?

Navigate to the bottom of this page and select the cookies setting button in order to update your preferences.

Why is it important to provide accurate information when answering the survey questions?

Providing thoughtful and accurate responses helps ensure that your personalized report is as relevant and actionable as possible. The more precise the information you provide, the better the insights and recommendations you’ll receive to improve your business processes.

How detailed should my answers be?

While the questions are designed to be simple and quick, more detailed answers will help us better understand your unique needs. However, don’t worry if you're unsure about some aspects—our system will still generate helpful insights even with more general information.

What if I don’t know the answers to some of the questions?

If you're uncertain about a particular question, feel free to provide your best guess or skip it. The survey is designed to still generate valuable insights with whatever information you’re able to provide. However, answering as much as you can will help create the most tailored report.

How do I know if the insights from my report are tailored to my specific business?

Our system uses the data you provide to generate personalized recommendations and actionable insights. These insights are based on industry-specific trends, benchmarking data, and your unique responses, ensuring the results are as tailored to your business as possible.
